Holiday Returns Orders made between November 15 and December 25 can be returned through January 25, 2017

Cancellations/Changes to Orders We can change or cancel same-day orders during business hours. For requests after business hours, we will make our best effort to make the change as long as the order has not dispatched.

Return Policy
  1. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please contact Customer Service within 30 days of receiving order at (617)-440-4948.
  2. Return your Gorilla Gym package in the original packaging in good condition. There are two options – send it back to our return address at your expense or get a prepaid UPS label from our Customer Service team and have $19.95 deducted from eventual refund. Trial customers can also get a prepaid label for an additional payment of $19.95
  3. Clearly write the RMA # on the outside of the carton.  Our warehouse cannot accept any returns without an RMA # or your shipment will be returned to you.
  4. Ship the equipment back to our warehouse within 10 days of receiving an RMA number; if not, your RMA number will be voided.
