Return Policy
  1. Obtain an RMA number from  Customer Service within 30 days of receiving order
  2. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please contact Customer Service at +44.149.223.3065 or support@gorilla-gym.uk
  3. Return your Gorilla Gym package in the original packaging in good condition (you are responsible for paying the return shipping cost)
  4. Clearly write the RMA # on the outside of the carton.  Our warehouse cannot accept any returns without an RMA # or your shipment will be returned to you.
  5. Ship the equipment back to our warehouse within 10 days of receiving an RMA number; if not, your RMA number will be voided.
  6. If you chose our full pay option, we will credit the purchase price upon receipt and inspection of the authorized returned item.

Ship to PO Boxes? No. We ship only to physical addresses.
Ship to United Kingdom? YES. We ship via courier service and e-mail you the tracking number.
Ship to continental Europe? YES. We ship via courier service and e-mail you the tracking number.
